Yoga Nidra – Sleep Better November
Also known as Yogic Sleep – Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious deep sleep that instils relaxation, clarity and tranquillity. During this class, students are guided with specific instructions to help induce such state.
Young, old, yogi, non-yogi, whether you live yoga or have never touched a yoga mat before – come sweat, laugh and experience our amazing community.
