PURE Yoga x Asia Square: Yoga For Runners @ The Cube

This well-balanced class focuses on runners’ problem areas- stretching the hamstrings, IT band and hips. Poses also focus on strengthening the core and upper body, build flexibility, stabilise the joints and centre the breath.
