Start the summer season with a weekend immersion of grounding asana practice and contemplative philosophical discussions. Open to practitioners of all levels, this immersive experience sets the foundation for a fulfilling summer ahead.
Join Ester for a weekend immersion including two alignment asana practices aiming to re-balance the body. You will explore deep hip opening, inversions and backbends, complimented by restorative postures to reach a state of harmony in the body and mind.
In addition to the asana practice, Ester will touch on yoga philosophies and have contemplative discussions that encourage introspection and self-reflection.
This weekend immersion offers a transformative experience, leaving you inspired and rejuvenated with valuable insights and knowledge to integrate into your yoga practice and personal life.

Refunds/Cancellations
- No refund or credit will be given for cancellations starting 1 June 2024.
- Valid refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.
- Applications for a refund (medical and emergency reasons only) must be made within 3 days, with valid proof, after the event finishes.
