Elevate & Evolve: 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Gopal Palanisamy (進化與昇華 200小時流瑜伽教師培訓)
1 September-27 October Peninsula Office Tower – Tsim Sha Tsui
Vinyasa Yoga emphasises linking the breath with movement, creating a continuous and seamless flow of movements. This course offers a balance between strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through smooth transitions with a specific breath pattern. You will learn how to overcome fear and to develop confidence with movement on breath synchronisation.
Often there is a misconception of Vinyasa practice as physically challenging, however, in this workshop, you will learn step by step in breaking things down towards a better and stronger foundation. This programme helps you to understand the concept of, modifications, basics and foundations of Vinyasa. You will learn how to be creative in making a sequence, to deepen a sense of flow, grace, and connectedness, both on and off the mat. This programme is modified in a way that is suitable for all different levels and abilities, accessible for beginners who are willing to learn and practise at their own pace while also providing intermediate to advanced variations and progressions for more experienced practitioners.
At the end of the programme, students will walk away with a proper foundation for teaching yoga safely through clear instructions, adjustment skills and become a compassionate, knowledgeable, confident and grounded teacher.
