WildLotus 300-hour Teacher Training with Patrick Creelman & Rinat Perlman
WildLotus 300-hour Teacher Training aims to deepen the direct experience with yoga for yoga teachers. Our programme emphasises students’ personal practice as the source of their teaching and includes a comprehensive study of the techniques and mechanics of the fundamental postures, as well as the tools necessary to teach and inspire others. To deepen their education, students will also study functional anatomy and physiology; explore Yoga’s philosophical underpinnings; practise meditation and pranayama; engage in the practice of hands-on adjustments; and explore the mastery of the form of leadership development.
