Yoga for Runners: Stretch and Strengthen

This well-balanced class focuses on runners’ problem areas – stretching the hamstrings, IT band and hips. Poses also focus on strengthening the core and upper body, both of which are large muscle groups that will make running more efficient.
Roxanne will lead you through specific postures and sequences designed to build flexibility, stabilise the joints and centre the breath.
Young, old, yogi, non-yogi, whether you live yoga or have never touched a yoga mat before – come sweat, laugh and experience our amazing community. Open to all levels.
