Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam - 108-hour Accredited Teacher Training Programme with Dario Calvaruso
Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa is a Sanskrit term that refers to the method in which 9 units of movements (nava = nine/new + karaṇa = unit of movement) are harmoniously put into a composition (vinyāsa) to create a sequence (krama). Dario Calvaruso developed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa™ Methodology and the personalised Navakaraṇa Mat® that uses the Nine Indicia for correct postural alignment, after over 20 years of study, research, practice and teaching. This method re-systematises ancient practice and teaching of karaṇas and vinyāsa.
“Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam”, meaning “The Essentials Of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa”, is a comprehensive Teacher Training Programme. It blends Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Mālā (Practical) with Navakaraṇa Śikṣā Paddhati (Methodology and Teaching Skills) into a 108-hour concise programme.
This programme focuses on “How to Practise and How to Teach” Navakaraṇa. It does not include anatomy, physiology, yoga history, yoga philosophy or related topics. Participants will be accredited with a Pure Yoga Certificate and acknowledgement from the Teacher.
