A challenging asana practice focused on exploring the potential of the body and mind-body connection through advanced asanas that demand a great deal of strength and flexibility. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
PUrSuitable for advanced yoga practitioners. Students must have attended Level 2 classes on a consistent basis and have the necessary body stability and awareness to take on Level 3 asanas. Ability to kick into handstand (at the wall) and do wheel pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana) with arms straight is required for this class.
