Beginners' Workshop: Sun Salutations
A beginners’ practice focused on introducing the basic concepts and postures of the traditional sun salutations. Students will learn to connect the movement of their bodies along with the rhythm of their breaths. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
Suitable for new practitioners and students who want to increase their knowledge of the fundamental sun salutation sequences and breath alignment. This class sets the foundation for Vinyasa classes.
