A non-vinyasa based asana practice focused on connecting the body and mind with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
Suitable for advanced yoga practitioners. Students must have attended Level 2 classes on a consistent basis and have the necessary body stability and awareness to take on Level 3 asanas. Ability to kick into handstand (at the wall) and do wheel pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana) with arms straight is required for this class.
