Hot 26 (Silent)
A non-vinyasa based set sequence practised in a heated room focused on increasing the flexibility of the spine. 26 postures are practised in this sequence with no upper body weight-bearing. During this class, the teacher practices with the students and there are no verbal instructions. This class includes asana and pranayama.
The heat adds to the physical effort required to do the postures and aids to condition the body. This class is suitable for students with a consistent Hot 26 practice who are familiar with the sequence. Room temperature: 38-41 °C.
