Active Recovery for Racquet Sports
This Specialised class focuses on balancing both sides of the upper body and stretching the areas that are typically tight from playing racquet sports. The aim is stabilising key functional areas like the knees, ankles and elbows, restoring some of the typically sore areas, and working on breath exercises to centre the mind. Specific sets of postures and sequences make for a well-balanced class, combining both strength and flexibility for more integrated body functionality. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
No yoga experience required.
