TaiQi Yoga Meditation
This class combines the ancient traditions of Tai-Chi, Qigong and yoga with meditation. A light physical warm-up first prepares the body, after which students are guided through a style of meditation to help them increase their awareness, connect with their selves and cleanse negative energy. Some simple breathing exercises may be included.
Suitable for all levels of students interested in increasing awareness and self-connection through meditation.
