TaiQi Yoga Self-Awareness
This class combines the ancient traditions of Tai-Chi, Qigong and yoga with alignment and therapeutic poses. Sequences are designed according to the weather and different props such as bolsters, straps, blocks, etc. may be used. Students can expect a balancing experience where flexibility is combined with strengthening to foster self-healing. Some breathing exercises and meditation may be included.
