This specialised class features a combination of Yoga asanas with Pilates principles. The practice is focused on postures and exercises that strengthen the core of the body, promote stability and proper posture. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to strengthen their core. No full inversions are included in these classes. Some Level 2 postures may be introduced, with options for Level 1 students to ease the transition from Level 1 to Level 2 classes.
