Forrest Yoga 2
This dynamic practice follows the tradition developed by Ana Forrest. It is an intensely physical and internally focused practice guided by the use of breath and core exercises. Specific techniques for sequencing are used to build flexibility, strength and integrity, encouraging students to find a deeper physical and emotional connection. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. This class is conducted in a slightly heated room.
Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent Forrest Yoga practice. This class builds on the necessary body stability acquired in Level 1 classes to take on more challenging asanas and sequences. Classes are taught with modifications to allow an easy transition from Level 1 to Level 2. Full inversions may be included in these classes.
