Active Recovery for Running & Hiking
This Specialised class focuses on stretching areas that are typically tight from running & hiking such as the hamstrings, IT band and hips. The aim is stabilising key functional areas like the knees and ankles, restoring typically sore areas, and working on breath exercises to centre the mind. Specific sets of postures and sequences make for a well-balanced class, combining both strength and flexibility for more integrated body functionality. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
No yoga experience required.
