Active Recovery for Strength & Resistance Training
This Specialised class focuses on stretching the areas that are typically tight from strength & resistance training such as the hamstrings, hip flexors, quads, shoulders chest and hips. The aim is stabilising key functional areas like the core, restoring typically sore areas, and working on breath exercises to centre the mind. Specific sets of postures and sequences make for a well-balanced class, combining both strength and flexibility for more integrated body functionality. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
No yoga experience required.
