TRX Yoga Foundations
This specialised class combines traditional asanas with the use of a TRX Suspension Trainer. The TRX Suspension Trainer builds a strong foundation of alignment, mobility and stability through the repetition of movement and breath. Students can expect an invigorating practice designed to improve and challenge their mental focus, awareness and clarity. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking for new ways to expand their practice. Basic inversions may be introduced in these classes with options for different levels of practitioners. This class is not suitable for beginners.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class to set up the TRX Suspension Trainer.
