Hot Hits the Spot

Due to their sizzling popularity, we’ve introduced 3 new Hot Yoga classes with 3 different set sequences. See your progress within the different postures, experience more variety, and turn up the heat in your practice!


Hot 26 – Extended Holds

A hatha based set sequence of 26 postures practised in a heated room focused on improving strength and flexibility.. No upper-body weight-bearing, and includes asana and pranayama.


Hot 31 – Uplifting Movement

A set sequence of 31 postures practised in a heated room focused on connecting the body and mind. Includes a few sun salutations, pranayama and asana.


Hot 37 – Overall Strengthening

A hatha based set sequence of 37 postures practised in a heated room focused on connecting the body and mind. Includes some upper-body weight-bearing, plus asana and pranayama.
