Complement your strength and resistance training with stretching at PURE Yoga. It’s so important that our muscles stay supple for us to go the longer distance.
This Specialised class focuses on stretching the areas that are typically tight from strength & resistance training such as the hamstrings, hip flexors, quads, shoulders, chest and hips. The aim is to stabilise key functional areas like the core, restore typically sore areas, and use breath exercises to centre the mind. Specific sets of postures and sequences make for a well-balanced class, combining both strength and flexibility for more integrated body functionality. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
