As part of the Singapore government’s planned transition to endemic COVID-19, differentiated measures for vaccinated people has been implemented across a range of industries since Tuesday 10 August.

Please help us prepare for this by submitting one of the following forms of your COVID-19 Vaccination proof as soon as possible:

1. Digital Vaccination Certificate from notarise.gov.sg or Trace Together App or HealthHub*; or
    
2. Copy/Photo of physical vaccination certificate from vaccination centre

*If you do not already have Singpass to access HealthHub, register here.  

To submit:
 

1. Email vaccinationproof.sg@pure-international.com, quoting your name and PURE Cardholder number with your vaccination record attached. You will receive an email notification once your record has been verified and activated in the system. This may take approximately 3 – 5 business days, so please bear with us. All documents used for eligibility checks will be deleted immediately after verification. OR
    
2. If you prefer not to submit your vaccination proof electronically, please visit our front desk team to do so and have your vaccination status approved either on your TraceTogether App, HealthHub App or via hard copy / screenshot of your vaccination reports or cards.
