Jyothi feels blessed to get to live her passion every day. She was first exposed to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 1999 and began her teaching career in 2005. In 2013, while undergoing recovery, she discovered Pilates. While learning more about Pilates, she became fascinated by its micro movements and the way the spring system could both help and hinder movement.
