Yin & Cello with Nicky Hadjithoma

Join us for a deeply nourishing experience that combines our slow, deep yin yoga practice with the soothing sound of a live cello.
World-class performer, Dora Lam, from the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra will accompany this two-hour practice led by our lead yin yoga teacher Nicky.
This class is suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga & Sound Healing:
Whilst yin yoga is designed to harmonise the flow of chi in the body, the frequency of sound also has the capacity to release energetic blockages, synchronise brain waves and activate de-stress responses in the body.
Combining these two complementary modalities will facilitate healing on a physical, mental and emotional level, helping us to achieve a profound state of relaxation.

Dora Lam joined the Hong Kong Philharmonic as Assistant Principal Cello in 2006. Previously, Dora served as the principal cellist of the Civic Orchestra of Chicago and performed regularly with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra including appearances at the prestigious Ravinia Festival. She has also served as principal cellist in numerous festivals including the Pacific Music Festival, Asian Youth Orchestra and Spoleto Festival USA.

- All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.
