Teacher Training

50-Hour Wall Rope Yoga Teacher Training – Level 1 with Anjan Kundu

4-19 September, Asia Standard Tower - Central

Expand your knowledge and skill set as a Yoga teacher through the unique capabilities of the Yoga Wall guided by yoga and Pilates teacher Anjan Kundu.

This teacher training will present a comprehensive introduction to the Yoga Wall, a tool to help enhance Yoga postures and their therapeutic applications and benefits by providing stability and space.


**A total of 50 CET hours will be counted.

  • Create an ambience that promotes awareness and healing
  • Independent Project to deepen your own understanding of the Yoga Wall

Upon completion, you'll  be able to teach a Yoga Wall/Yoga for a Healthy Back class.
