This summer, enjoy the rhythm & feel the stretch with Yesh!
This workshop provides children with an opportunity to express their creativity and emotions through dance and learn Aerial yoga to build strength, flexibility, stamina and coordination in a fun-filled environment with flying hammocks. (Hammocks will be shared)
Instil important elements of joy and health in your children’s lives and pave the way for positive habit-building in their future.
