This specialised workshop will focus on supporting those who desire a transformation in their asana practice. It will be an opportunity for students to gain confidence in achieving inversions with variations and optimal spinal flexibility.
Diptom offers this training to grow and empower our community of committed yoga practitioners by sharing knowledge and skills. The aim is to transition from basic to intermediate postures to reach personal goals.
