倒立工作坊初階 Beginner’s Handstand Workshop with Natalie Sung
Sundays, 2 & 9 June Langham Place – Mong Kok
In this workshop, you will learn:
- Handstand-related flexibility (including the mobility of the shoulders and hips for handstand practice)
- Base strength of a handstand (including the use of the fingers and strengthening of the forearm and shoulders)
- Body positioning and alignment (more practice on the wall with different leg variations to build up a solid and strong base for a handstand)
- Kicking into a handstand
- How to exit from a handstand (recommended for students who can hold a handstand and understand the balance against the wall first, followed by progressing to a freestanding handstand)
Capacity: 20 students

A minimum of 15 students is required.

Refunds/Cancellations
- No refund or credit will be given for cancellations starting 1 May 2024.
- All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.
- A refund (only for medical and emergency reasons) must be made within 3 days with a valid proof after the event finishes.
