New Year Immersion 新年沉浸式練習 with Ester Oldfield
6 & 7 January Starstreet Precinct – Wan Chai
Start the new year with a weekend immersion of grounding asana practice and contemplative discussions. Open to practitioners of all levels, this immersive experience sets the foundation for a fulfilling year ahead.
Join Ester for a weekend immersion including two alignment asana practices aiming to re-balance the body. You will explore deep hip opening, inversions and backbends, complimented by restorative postures to reach a state of harmony in the body and mind.
In addition to the asana practice, Ester will touch on yoga philosophies and have contemplative discussions that encourage introspection and self-reflection.
This weekend immersion offers a transformative experience, leaving you inspired and rejuvenated with valuable insights and knowledge to integrate into your yoga practice and personal life.
All levels and non-PURE Cardholders are welcome to join.
