What is MYRing?
MYRing has become one of the most popular yoga classes recently. MYRing has a massaging function that releases tight muscles, a function that helps yoga movements to be more precise and is a useful yoga tool to strengthen the core. It is also to relieve aches and pains, but also to relieve muscular function and imbalance. The muscles that surround the skeleton must be flexible, resilient, and able to function properly, so that the skeleton can stand upright and move smoothly.

Sei Kim

A MYRing yoga master, Sei Kim started taking yoga lessons many years ago in a desperate attempt to escape her stressful life and recover from her physical illness. Based on her own experience of recuperation, she now teaches yoga to people suffering from a wide range of conditions. Furthermore, combined with her chiropractic training, Pilates, and reiki, Sei Kim confidently customises yoga techniques to accommodate everyone’s needs. She strives to help everyone achieve and maintain optimal health.
