Ayurveda & the Yogic Lifestyle – The Super Science of Holistic Health: 50 Hour CET with Aarya Kuldeep

A requisite programme on Ayurveda and the Yogic Lifestyle. Ayurveda, being one of the most popular branches of Indian culture, plays an essential role in the Yogic Lifestyle. In this training, the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda will be conveyed using a traditional yet scientific explanation.

Practitioners will get a valuable opportunity to understand Ayurveda and the Yogic lifestyle. We aim to help practitioners adopt a sustainable “holistic health”, an important dimension of life. This programme includes various elements necessary for an ideal life and will inspire practitioners to stay healthy on their own.
