Embracing your roots這次於香港西貢白臘灣瑜伽靜修營的主題。在這裡,您將在寧靜的自然中踏上自我發現之旅,將瑜伽、冒險、文化沉浸和創意表達和諧地融合。

Each day will begin with a revitali

Feel the gentle rhythm of the sea beneath you as you find your balance and embrace the fluidity of your practice.

Engage with the locals, learn about their customs, and connect with the rich tapestry of history that has helped to shape this vibrant city.

As part of your transformative journey, participate in an indigo dye workshop. This will give you the opportunity to unleash your creativity, and express yourself through the art of natural dyeing. Learn the ancient techniques of indigo dyeing, and create your own unique masterpiece. This hands-on experience serves as a meditative process, allowing you to connect with your inner artist and embrace the transformative power of

The accomodation will be in charming holiday houses or cottages which were converted from traditional Hakka village houses, providing a sanctuary of comfort and tranquility. Meals will be carefully prepared with locally sourced ingredients, offering a culinary journey that supports your overall well-being.
