Delia Leung is a renowned Dharma Yoga teacher, Nike Yoga Trainer/Representative, and the visionary behind MindfulMovementHK, a mindfulness practice platform based in Hong Kong. With 16 years of expertise as a ballerina, Delia's journey is enriched by her dedication to continuous learning and growth.

Credentials and Training:

  • Yoga Lineage: Delia's practice is deeply rooted in the teachings of esteemed mentors such as Sri Dharma Mittra (1000hrs), Sri Andrei Ram (200hrs), and Dr. Paul Dallaghan (Advanced Pranayama 100hrs).

Vicky Yang, a former competitive swimmer and finance professional who found the transformative power of yoga while training for a marathon in 2014. Inspired by her personal journey, Vicky embarked on a path to integrate yoga into her life, leading her to a deeper understanding of holistic well-being and athletic performance enhancement.

Journey and Approach:
Guided by a diverse array of teachers, Vicky embraced an intuitive and holistic approach to teaching yoga. Her classes reflect inclusivity, dynamism, and a sense of joy, tailored to individual needs and designed to inspire students to push their boundaries, fostering growth in mobility, strength, and inner serenity.

Refunds/Cancellations 

  • No refund or credit will be given for cancellations starting 28 September 2024.
  • All refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.
  • A refund (only for medical and emergency reasons) must be made within 3 days with a valid proof after the event finishes.

Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is not included in the package, therefore we highly urge you to arrange your own travel insurance.
