Active Recovery for Cycling
This Specialised class focuses on stretching the areas that are typically tight from cycling such as the hamstrings, hip flexors, quads, shoulders, chest and hips. The aim is stabilising key functional areas, restoring typically sore areas like the lower back, and working on breath exercises to centre the mind. Specific sets of postures and sequences make for a well-balanced class, combining both strength and flexibility for more integrated body functionality. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
No yoga experience required.
