Yoga 101: Strength and Balance with Roxanne
Focused on toning, strengthening and creating symmetry in the body, this special beginners class will feature a sequence of poses to improve concentration, core strength and stability. Suitable for all levels – students will leave feeling strong, balanced and energised.
