Balance with PURE’s 5 Pillars of Yoga

2pm – 4pm

PURE Yoga Asia Square

A community class comprising multiple styles of yoga under the 5 pillars of PURE Yoga: Healing, Grounding, Dynamic, Hot and Specialised. Join 7 of our PURE Yoga teachers to breathe, move, laugh, sweat, stretch, relax, and recharge.

Here’s the class flow:

• Opening Pranayama, Meditation and Satsang with Gabrielle
• Warm-up seated Hatha poses with Gabrielle (Grounding)
• Hot 26 sequence with Janet (Hot)*
• Fast-paced Vinyasa with April (Dynamic)
• Acro yoga x Wheel yoga with Jimin, Kelvin, and QQ (Specialised)
• Restful Restorative with Yihan accompanied by crystal singing bowl sound bath with Gabrielle (Healing)

Suitable for students with a consistent yoga practice interested in an invigorating and restoring session. Open to PURE Cardholders and friends.

*The room is only heated for the Hot segment, and the rest of the session will be held at a normal room temperature.

All participants will receive a Sweaty Betty goodie bag, snacks and vouchers from amazin’graze, and an exclusive 35% off their next PURE Yoga workshop.
