The practice helps shift energy throughout the body, providing balance and calm to the mind and body, and helping to uncover inner qualities such as wisdom, creativity, and intelligence in everyone.
Suitable for practitioners looking for a dynamic and invigorating experience. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Special Class With Jasen: Celebrate Women:Strength for Superwomen
A stimulating practice that will leave students energised through a sequence of strengthening poses. Expect to strengthen the lower body including the quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes for the first half of the class, followed by the upper body such as the arms, abdominals and back for the second half. The class finishes with stretching poses designed to balance the body and muscles.
Suitable for every superwoman looking to strengthen their body and have an invigorating experience. No full inversions are included. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Special Class With Will: Celebrate Women:Balancing the Divine Feminine Energy: A Yin Yang Practice
This practice is all about bringing balance between the physical and the divine. Allowing ourselves to work hard, but also accept our limitations and be content with them. There is great energy with a strong challenging practice, just the same as there is great energy to be discovered in the stillness and discomfort.
Suitable for those looking for a balance between a strong and grounded practice. It will revolve around the moon cycle, to find a balance between our physical strength and openness to our limitations.

Special Class With April: Celebrate Women: Be Empowered (Arm Balance Special)
Hatha Vinyasa practice with focus on strengthening. Pace of class is medium; it equips students with proper muscle engagement and the right techniques to attempt various arm balance poses.
Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking for an invigorating practice. Inversion and/or preparation of inversion may be included.

Special Class With Yihan: Celebrate Women:Nurturing Inner Strength with Headstands
This practice will explore foundations and different entries into a headstand, the King of Asanas. We draw strength and courage from each other as we explore partner assists to go upside down. Counter your fear of going upside down!
Suitable for practitioners who are keen to learn headstand foundations and practitioners who are already familiar but would like to explore different ways of entry.
