About the Workshop

Budokon means “the way of the warrior spirit”. Its philosophy draws from traditional yoga and the idea of unification and integration. The movement is a system of dynamic mixed movement that blends Yoga with Martial Arts, Calisthenics, and Animal Locomotion in a powerful and mindful way.

Lijun is the first Budokon Yoga and Budokon Mobility instructor in Singapore and one of the few teaching in Asia. She has been teaching Budokon Yoga exclusively at P​URE Yoga since 2018.

She is honoured and excited to share this special workshop with you!
 
 
Schedule & Description

Day 1: Budokon Yoga
2 July 2022 (Saturday) 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Learn the signature Budokon yoga techniques -- a focus on slow and controlled transitions of movement, and martial arts and mobility influenced expressions of yoga postures.

Then, immerse in the full Budokon Yoga experience by combining your own somatic wisdom with your learnt techniques in a Budokon Yoga flow sequence ​that concludes with meditation.

   
Day 2: Budokon Mobility
3 July 2022 (Sunday) 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Discover the restoration and power offered in Budokon’s non-linear mobility movements. Learn Budokon Mobility movement techniques -- from the more subtle healing forms to transitions from the ground up, and dynamic animal locomotion.

Meld the full spectrum of movements with breath into a fun and mindful Budokon Mobility flow.

*​Options for various levels ​will be offered but is not suitable for complete beginners of movement
