This 12-hour course is about understanding, learning and practising key pranayama techniques in order to revitalise, heal and recharge both mind and body. Students will learn about the anatomy of breath (physical and energetic) and explore a wide variety of exercises and meditation.
With regular practice, one can expect improved physical and mental health and overall well-being. Realising your connection to the cosmos and the life around you will leave you feeling whole, complete and content with yourself as you are.

- Detoxifying the Body
- Breathing Techniques (Kapalbhati, Yogic breathing, Bhastrika, Nadi Sodhana, Brahmari, Shitali, Rechaka and Kumbaka, pranayama as therapy)
- Nada Yoga Meditation
- Silent Meditation
- Guided Meditation
- Moving Meditation
- Incorporating pranayama and meditation into your personal practice
