Mindfulness Training Intensive with Kay Yuen
This intensive mindfulness training is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of mindfulness and its benefits, as well as practical techniques for incorporating mindfulness into your daily life. You will be guided through practical techniques for cultivating mindfulness, starting with breathing exercises and expanding to include techniques to become more aware of the body, emotions and thoughts. We will also explore how mindfulness can be applied to communication and relationships and we will cover other mindfulness practices such as walking, eating, drinking tea and writing. Over the weekends, you will have the opportunity to engage in lectures, practices and discussions to deepen your understanding of mindfulness and how it can be integrated into your daily life. By the end of the training, you will have a solid foundation in mindfulness practices and be equipped with the tools to continue cultivating mindfulness long after the training is over. Join us for this transformative journey towards greater self-awareness, presence and inner peace.
Over the course of this training, we will cover a range of topics, starting with an introduction to mindfulness and its history and evolution. We will explore the science of mindfulness and the research that supports its effectiveness in improving mental and physical health.
