Yoga Mind Lab: Futurescape the Next 3 Months of Life
The Yoga Mind Lab is a life and business strategy workshop where you learn how to apply the scientific method to goal-setting and future-creation. You will learn the latest in Quantum Physics, Neuroscience, and Heart-Mind Communication research and how those influence your ability to think about the future.
You will explore the power of micro-meditations, group interactions, writing exercises, and two-directional thinking to gain clarity about the next 3 months of your life. The Yoga Mind Lab has been hosted in over 23 cities globally. Participants report increased clarity about their goals, more energy to accomplish their goals, more confidence about their future, new insights into what they really want to accomplish, and strategies to make them happen – fast.

Anatomy and Physiology of Breath: Expand Your Potential
In Hawaiian, the “Ha” – the breath – is what connects us all. Yoga can be thought of as connecting posture, focus, and breath in one time and one place. By learning how to connect with the breath, we improve our posture and focus. In this workshop we will explore the anatomy and physiology of breath and how it relates to the yoga practice. By understanding breath more deeply we can learn how to unlock limitation in our breathing, connect deeper to ourselves, and expand our yoga practice.
Discover the three parts of breathing (Movement, Rate, Respiration) - The interactive relationship between breath, gravity and posture - The flow of breath (and oxygen) from the outside world to the cells - The major body cavities and muscles associated with breathing - The step-by-step process of how the body breathes - The effects of the autonomic nervous system on breath - How the rate and volume of breathing is controlled by the body - The energetics of breath and how it relates to the feet and large intestines - How the breath is an expression of the state of your being. You will also explore new breath practices and the physiological effects they have on the brain and nervous system.

Introduction to Neuroanatomy and Meditation Science for Yogis
The brain and nervous system not only impact the physical movements in our yoga practice but also the mind state from which thoughts and actions arise. By exploring how the brain and nervous system work, we can better understand how to improve our asana, deepen our meditation, and more effectively use our pranayama. In this workshop you will learn the basics of neuroanatomy and neurophysiology in simple-to-understand concepts and explore practical methods for applying the new knowledge.
You will also learn the basics of human neuroanatomy and neurophysiology and how it applies to yoga - The Basics of the Sympathetic, Parasympathetic and Prosocial nervous system states and how yoga helps us maintain prosocial behaviour - The significance of the 5 common brain waves and how yoga asana, breath and posture influence them - A simple method for integrating the brain using focused awareness - The latest in the neuroscience of meditation research

Yoga Numbers: Live Your Dharma Part 1 and Part 2 (Certificate Workshop)
Our birthdate holds the key to discovering our deep psychology, core challenges, natural gifts, and unique purpose path. Discover the secrets hidden within your birthdate through the art and science of numbers in the Ho’olokahi Numerology System.
In this lecture we will explore the 10 energy bodies of Kundalini yoga and how those relate to the numbers in your birthdate. You will learn how to calculate the 9 chart positions and how those tell a story of your life over time. You will learn how to use your birthdate to choose a life of Dharma over a life of Karma. We will also explore how to use our birthdate to understand the yoga practices that align with our story and to deepen our yoga practices. Teachers can learn how to use the numbers to better connect with their students and design yoga practices that are customised to a student’s needs.
