這個為期 30 小時的進階培訓旨在提高您作為瑜伽老師的技能,並在您不斷成長的教學之旅中提供寶貴的指導和支持。課程涵蓋解剖學、排序、提示(cueing)和組織力等關鍵領域。

解剖學:

了解人體對於有效和安全的教學非常重要。在課程中,我們深入研究解剖學,探索骨骼、肌肉和神經系統,以及不同常見的身體狀況,和了解某些身體狀有抵觸的動作。我們討論這些系統如何與瑜伽體式相關,以及如何根據不同的身體類型和能力調整練習。您將獲得穩健的解剖學基礎,使您能自信地進行教學並根據解剖學進行順位調整。

 

Sequencing排序:

Sequencing在建立全面且革新瑜伽課程中相當重要。我們探索各種排序方法,包括流瑜伽(Vinyasa)哈達瑜伽(Hatha)陰瑜伽(Yin)修復瑜伽(Restorative)等瑜伽風格。您將學習如何創建無縫而流暢的排序,建立完美姿勢或主題,並提供相關練習。我們討論透過體位法、調息和冥想創造練習的藝術,確保您的課程富趣味、具主題,並給學生留下持久的影響

 

Cueing提示:

清晰有效的提示,能指導學生順暢地進行瑜伽練習。在課程中,我們深入研究語言和手觸提示的藝術(Hands-on adjustment),學習如何精確且清晰地用手觸和語言表達指令。我們探索不同的提示風格和技術,包括以解剖角度提示、以提升氣氛及能量提示和隱喻提示。您將學習如何創造安全和包容性環境,讓學員可與自己的身體和思想進行深入的聯繫。

 

組織技能:

組織技能是瑜伽教學的基本,包括管理成功的瑜伽課程、研討會、活動和靜修活動。我們涵蓋了課堂組織的不同重要範疇,例如創造有凝聚力的主題、設定意圖和有效地整合輔助工具。此外,我們也討論了時間管理和適應學生需求等實際考慮因素。您將學習如何大大地提高學員的參與度、流動性和進步的方式來建立課程。

 

在整個課程,您將有機會在充滿支持性和建設性的環境中練習教學。導師Joan提供個人化的回應和指導,助您完善教學技能,培養您獨特的教學風格。

This 30-hr comprehensive programme is designed to enhance your skills as a yoga teacher and provide you with valuable guidance and support as you continue to grow in your teaching journey.  The workshop covers practical areas such as functional anatomy, sequencing, cueing and organisation.

 

Anatomy:

Understanding the human body is essential for effective and safe yoga instruction. In this workshop, we dive deep into anatomy, exploring the skeletal, muscular and nervous systems, as well as common anatomical variations and contradiction for movement. We discuss how these systems relate to yoga poses and how to adapt the practice for different body types and abilities. You’ll gain a solid foundation in anatomy, enabling you to teach with confidence and anatomy-informed alignment.

 

Sequencing:

Sequencing plays a crucial role in creating a well-rounded and transformative yoga class. We explore various approaches to sequencing, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative styles. You’ll learn how to create intelligent sequences that flow seamlessly, build towards a peak pose or theme, and offer a balanced practice. We will discuss the art of creating a journey through asanas, pranayama, and meditation, ensuring your classes are engaging, purposeful, and leave a lasting impact on your students.

 

Cueing:

Clear and effective cueing is essential for guiding students through their yoga practice. In this workshop, we delve into the art of verbal and tactile cueing (a.k.a. hands-on adjustment), learning how to articulate instructions physically and verbally with precision and clarity. We explore different cueing styles and techniques, including anatomical cues, energetic cues, and metaphorical cues. You’ll develop the skills to create a safe and inclusive environment, where students can connect deeply with their bodies and minds.

 

Organisation:

Organisational skills are vital for nurturing your teaching path – this includes managing a successful yoga class, workshop, event and retreat. We cover important aspects of class organisation, such as creating a cohesive theme, setting intentions, and incorporating props effectively. Additionally, we discuss practical considerations like time management and adapting to the needs of your students. You’ll learn how to structure your classes in a way that maximises student engagement, flow, and progression.

 

Throughout the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to practice teaching in a supportive and constructive environment. Joan provides personalised feedback and guidance, helping you refine your teaching skills and cultivate your unique teaching style.
