Intuitive Journey through Asanas: Hyper Stretch with Deva Biswas (體式之覺察 高度伸展之旅)
7 & 8 September Langham Place – Mong Kok
This workshop focuses on balancing poses to help evolve our asana journey. Balancing poses in yoga positively impacts both our physical and mental health. For our body, they help us to align, strengthen and lengthen our muscles and explore our centre of gravity. Regular practise of balancing poses can improve the function of the body’s equilibrium receptors.
Join Deva on this journey to open your mind, body and self while learning, receiving, and growing. This workshop is for students who want to develop their asana practice.
*Requirements for registrations: Hatha 2 level
- Help students apply learned knowledge into their practice effectively.
- Help students experience balance, equilibrium in their practice by finding their centre of gravity in their own bodies.
- Help students grow their asana practice.

A minimum of 15 students is required.

Refunds/Cancellations
- No refund or credit will be given for cancellations starting 6 August 2024.
- All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.
- A refund (only for medical and emergency reasons) must be made within 3 days with a valid proof after the event finishes.
