Actionable Anatomy : 15-hour CET with Sean Robinson

Knowing fancy anatomical terms isn’t the same as understanding how the body does and, more importantly, does not work.
We will spend a total of 15 hours, over the course of three Sundays, demystifying movement and addressing any misunderstandings in yoga anatomy.
5 hours will be dedicated to each of the three main regions of the body.

Refunds/Cancellations
- No refund or credit will be given for cancellations starting 22 April 2024.
- Valid refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.
- All applications for a refund (medical & emergency reasons) must be made within 3 days after the event finishes.
