We are thrilled to have Lisa back and invite our students to join us in celebrating our unique yoga community and bond with each other in this special 2-hour class. Together, we will take our yoga practice to new heights. Prepare for a dynamic and envigorating session that will guide you to the essence of your core while strengthening and stabilising your deep muscles. Experience a renewed and transformative core connection through a crafted vinyasa sequence, targeted movements for arms and legs, and the uplifting energy of upbeat music. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have an envigorating and empowering class. No full inversions are included. Some preparations for inversions and Level 2 postures may be introduced, with options for Level 1 students.

Refunds/Cancellations
- No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations starting from 23 March 2024.
- All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.
- A refund (only for medical and emergency reasons) must be made within 3 days with a valid proof after the event finishes.
