Acro Yoga with Karen Ho and Ujjawal Sharma

This workshop is designed and introduced by Karen and Ujjawal who will guide you to learn the foundational techniques, terminology, several poses and flows of Acro Yoga. You will develop confidence, strength & communication while having fun. Partner support and assistance where one helps the other for guidance, coupled with fun, creates a supportive environment to develop confidence.
Participants will learn to communicate effectively, both verbally and practically, to create a unique bond that extends beyond the mat. This workshop, specially designed to cultivate communication and collaboration, becomes a space where individuals can explore and build trust and connections through shared experiences.
This workshop is suitable for all skill levels.
