空中瑜伽初學者工作坊 Beginner’s Aerial Yoga Workshop with Pag Kwong

Sunday, 19 May Soundwill Plaza – Causeway Bay

Aerial Yoga has been gaining traction and this is a great chance for those interested in the practice to learn the foundation in an extended workshop.

This workshop will introduce the foundations of Aerial Yoga on a hammock, including how to set up the props to fit our bodies, getting into deeper asanas with the help of silks, jumping into an upside-down practice and doing all kinds of aerial tricks. It helps to build confidence with using hammocks and embrace the unique benefits of Aerial Yoga.

You will learn:
• Strengthening of arms, back and core
• How to free the spine in an upside-down position
• Getting into deeper asanas to achieve postural alignment
