About Sin Hee


Sin Hee Ye-McCabe has been actively working as Forrest Yoga Guardian teacher since 2007 to present. Her teaching and mission has been evolving through changes in life and mending the hoop of people. The daily life of survival gets all of us in repeating pattern and sometimes we get numb from feeling the truth of reality.


The burdens of stressful situations don’t disappear by running away or ignoring them. Teaching and reminding her students and herself of having an intent, love and healing is an ongoing progress in life. Since 2013, Sin Hee Ye-McCabe has been expanding her teaching in Asia, Australia and US. She has taught at Asia Yoga Conference for many years, as well as at Wind Horse Conference in US.

As a Forrest Yoga Guardian teacher, Sin Hee is excited to experience the growth of Forrest Yoga in the world. With her insightful knowledge of Anatomy and Bodywork, Sin Hee offers vast knowledge in healing injuries due to repetitive motions from yoga practice and daily life.

6 March (Wed) 7:30pm-9:00pm— Structural Restoration

Applying Forrest Yoga basic moves in practice to optimise bringing joints and muscles to balancing state. Increase your awareness of breath and what actually shifts in poses to restore vitality of body and mind. Focus on Neck, Shoulders, Spine and Hips by connecting muscles above and below each joint to create space and decompress joints. Arm balances — **All levels


7 March (Thu) 7:30pm-9:00pm— Heal Your Heart

Forrest Yoga Back Bend class is sequenced in intelligent ways that stimulate the nervous system. This class will teach you to move what is heavy in heart so it can start healing. It is also friendly for practitioners with lower back issues. Come and learn how to go deeper in healing your heart with safe sequencing and taking care of body and mind with wisdom. — ** All levels


8 March (Fri) 7:30pm-9:00pm— Pain-Free Practice

This class will guide you through how to work with physical and emotional pains we carry with us in daily living. By learning to expand ABC – Awareness, Breaths, Connection – in poses, we can move and free what is causing the pain.

9 March (Sat) 10:00am-12:00pm— Bring Joy to Practice

Learn to bring joy to the practice instead of expecting the practice to bring joy to us. Part of evolving as a practitioner is to recognise that it is our choice to practise yoga and we can similarly choose to bring joy to practice – rather than competition and perfection that will create anxiety, nervousness and instability. This inversion back bend class is packed with fun and will awaken your body-mind in joy — ** All levels


10 March (Sun) 10:00am-12:00pm— Connect to Spirit

Explore your connection to spirit using deep breaths and practice that make you feel vibrant and alive. Learn to connect brain and body in practice to increase the release of endorphins. Come and learn to un-mask social facade and open possibilities of playfulness, learning, beauty and spirit. Standing poses and inversions
